1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to VittSphere Technologies Private Limited are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased or a service is paid for, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the platform or service
- Switching to a competitor or alternative service
- Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection
- Accidental purchases (please be careful before confirming payment)
- Business closure or change of business direction
- Non-utilisation of the subscription during the paid period
2. Free Trial — Try Before You Pay
We offer a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans — Personal CFO and CFO360 Pro. During this trial period, you can explore all features at no cost. No credit card is required for the trial.
3. What Your Subscription Covers
Your subscription provides access to our platform and CA-assisted services for the duration of your billing period. We commit to:
- Providing uninterrupted platform access for the paid period
- Filing your requested returns within stated turnaround times
- Responding to queries within 24 hours on working days
- Maintaining all features advertised at the time of purchase
4. Service Failure by VittSphere
In the rare event that VittSphere fails to deliver a paid service due to a fault entirely on our side (not caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you), we will:
- Resolve the issue at no additional cost, OR
- Provide a service credit for an equivalent future period, OR
- At our sole discretion, offer a partial credit towards your next billing cycle
This does not constitute a cash refund. The decision to issue any credit rests solely with VittSphere Technologies.
5. Penalty or Demand Arising from Client Data
VittSphere is not liable for any tax demand, penalty, interest, or fine that arises from:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed data provided by the client
- Pre-existing errors in books of accounts before onboarding
- Government system errors or portal downtimes
- Misrepresentation of facts by the client
In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
6. Per-Notice Services (TaxNotice AI / GSTNotice AI)
Payments for per-notice services (TaxNotice AI, GSTNotice AI) are non-refundable once the case has been accepted and our CA team has begun working on it. This includes:
- AI analysis generated
- Reply draft prepared
- CA team review commenced
- Any government portal submissions made
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- No refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days post-cancellation for export
8. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of the charge at billing@vittsphere.com with your payment proof. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days. Billing errors are distinct from refund requests and will be addressed separately.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
